Create the shared/public contact folder (. Give yourself full access permissions to the executive's mailboxes (you can do this via PS using the Add-MailboxPermission cmdlet: or via EAC: recipients, mailboxes, edit, mailbox delegation)Ģ.
The only workaround I can suggest is semi-automatic and a little risky, because it requires full access to users' mailboxes. We have an Exchange Online folder synchronization solution (based on our existing product, CodeTwo Exchange Sync: ) in the works, but the project is in very early stages and it's still a long way before we even get to beta.Īs for CodeTwo Public Folders (thank you for the mention Maynesworld!), it would get the contacts from a public folder to mobile devices:, but not to user's primary contact folders.
